Privacy Policy

The short version
We only collect your email and your state.
We use them to tell you when CADE opens. That’s it.
We never sell your information or use it for ads.
No health questions here, and nothing about you goes to Facebook or Google.

This policy explains what CADE Health Inc. (“CADE,” “we,” “us”) collects through cade.health, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our pre-launch waitlist only. We will update it before we offer any services.
1. Who we are
CADE Health Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Mailing address: 13400 S Rte 59, Ste 116-317, Plainfield, Illinois 60585. Privacy questions: privacy@cade.health. CADE is not a medical practice or a pharmacy. We do not provide medical care through this website.
2. What we collect
What you give us: your email address and the U.S. state you live in, when you join the waitlist.
What your browser sends: basic, aggregated site analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and the website that referred you. We use our website host’s built-in analytics for this.
What we do not collect: your name, phone number, payment details, or any medical or health history. Please do not send us health information by email.
3. How we use it
To email you when CADE opens and give founding members first access.
To send occasional pre-launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand which states have the most interest, so we can plan where to launch.
To understand how visitors find the site and improve it.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the waitlist, under contracts that limit their use of it:
Jotform (form hosting and confirmation emails), under a Business Associate Agreement with HIPAA-level safeguards.
Framer (website hosting and site analytics).
Google Workspace (our business email).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If CADE is involved in a merger or acquisition, the waitlist may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Consumer health data
Because CADE is a men’s health brand, joining our waitlist could suggest an interest in health services. Some states, including Washington and Nevada, treat that kind of information as consumer health data. By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to CADE collecting your email and state for the purposes in section 3. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed in section 4. You may withdraw consent and ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@cade.health. Waitlist information is not a medical record. CADE does not provide medical care, so waitlist information is not protected health information under HIPAA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after CADE launches, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it unless you have become a customer.
7. Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or reply “unsubscribe.”
Access, correct, or delete: email privacy@cade.health with the request and the email address you signed up with. We will respond within 45 days.
State privacy rights: residents of California, Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states may have additional rights, including the right to know what we hold and to appeal a decision about a request. Email privacy@cade.health to use them. We will not treat you differently for exercising any right.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our site and store form submissions with a provider that applies HIPAA-level safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what the waitlist needs.
9. Age requirement
The waitlist is for adults 18 and older in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email privacy@cade.health and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will email you before it takes effect.
