Joining doesn’t guarantee a launch date, a price, or service in your state.

You must be 18+ and live in the U.S.
These terms apply to your use of cade.health, operated by CADE Health Inc. (“CADE”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to join the waitlist.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation for you or for CADE. It does not guarantee access to any service, a specific launch date, availability in your state, or any price. Founding member benefits, if offered, will be described when CADE opens.
3. Not medical advice
CADE is not a medical practice or a pharmacy. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment. Joining the waitlist does not create a patient relationship with CADE or with any clinician. When CADE launches, any clinical services will be provided by independent licensed clinicians, who alone will decide whether any treatment is appropriate for you. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Your responsibilities
Please give us a valid email address that belongs to you. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
5. Intellectual property
The CADE name, logo, tagline, site design, and content belong to CADE Health Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, CADE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CADE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. CADE’s total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
